Benjamin Friend

Scope of Service Experience
Benjamin has experience in multiple private wealth estate portfolio analyses in excess of $100 million. He provides unique evaluation acumen of apartment and mixed use property assets, 1031 exchange consultation, finance and inter-generational transfers of wealth. He has negotiated leases with national retailers including Walgreens, Pier 1, Safeway, Boudin Bakery, Trader Joe’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks. As a fifth-generation San Francisco native, he exemplifies a qualified and committed source of real estate related information to aid in the evaluation, lease, acquisition, or disposition of real property assets for his clients. Benjamin earned his degree in Anthropology and Spanish as a student-athlete pitcher at Boston University, and studied at The University of Salamanca, Spain.
