Tony Riley

Tony is originally from London where he lived for 20 years before settling in San Francisco for the past 10 years. He is married with 2 small kids – Sloane and Lachlan. He speaks German, French and Farsi, and collects wine.

Tony has a B.Sc. from the University of Bristol, England, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and is a licensed CPA. Tony has extensive deal-making experience and has raised $200 million in financing. Prior to Vanguard, he was the CFO of 2 public companies in Silicon Valley, has been through an IPO and has started a consulting company. Tony had a lot fun in the corporate world, maybe too much fun, but real estate is where his real passion lies. He has developed properties in Pacific Heights, NoPa and the Richmond district. Having development experience means he has a strong network of contractors and subs.

Tony’s clients can expect someone who not only understands the analytical details of a deal but also the various flex points in getting the best value. But most of all, it is his ability to listen to, and to understand his clients, that really makes the difference.
