Kevin excels at representing Retail and Mixed-Use Investments in San Francisco and has represented private equity investors, developers, as well as institutional portfolios in the acquisition and disposition of leased investment assets and development properties. Part of Kevin's expertise includes Landlord representation in securing and negotiating leases that enhance property value and appeal. As third generation San Franciscan, Kevin utilizes his network of owners, clients, investors, developers, and other real estate professionals in establishing and achieving the appropriate asset investment strategy and goals for private clients, family trusts, institutional portfolios, and developers for acquisition, dis-position, leasing, and 1031 exchanges for investment properties. Kevin graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Sociology and Business Administration while playing water polo for 3 years.
