Background
Carl has lived in San Francisco Bay Area for nearly 20 years. He was born in San Francisco, but split his time growing up between the Bay Area and Hawaii. Carl was also born into a family of realtors so his passion for real estate has been nurtured ever since he was baby.
Before joining Vanguard Properties, Carl spent years dividing his energy between the real estate industry and the world of finance where he managed the portfolios of high net worth clients for a large financial institution.
Through his life and work experiences Carl has grown to understand the nature of a good investment.

Activities
When not working, Carl volunteers his time with numerous charitable organizations throughout the Bay Area. He also enjoys supporting local art organizations, attending sporting events, playing fetch with his dog, and experiencing new culinary experiences throughout the city.
