Previously, Joe worked for the LanceDan Group at Pacific Union as a licensed real estate agent. Joe enjoyed tremendous success and the team received the recognition of the “Top 50 Real Estate Teams” in all of GMAC. Prior to this role, he worked as a Client Liaison where he worked closely with all parties involved in the purchase or sale transaction and coordinated closings of all financial sizes.
Joe loves the person-to-person contact of real estate and the opportunity to help buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams and investment goals. Many of the skills that make Joe such an effective agent come to him naturally. He grew up involved with a family business where he developed a sense of customer service and attention to detail. One of his strengths is the patience and professionalism he offers both seasoned and first time home buyers. His calm approach makes a daunting process into an enjoyable and memorable experience. Joe's goal is to exceed expectations, build lasting relationships and earn heartfelt referrals.
Joe is currently studying to be an EcoBroker so he can provide further value to his clients by guiding them through the process of adding environmental awareness and technology to their homes.
Joe and his partner David live in Dolores Heights and enjoy spending time with family and friends. Joe Rivera is a native of the Bay Area and has lived in San Francisco since 1995.
