Alan Thuma

Alan Thuma brings eight years of sales and management experience to Vanguard Properties and possesses the integrity and work ethic needed for true client satisfaction. He enjoys working with an array of people and prides himself on being able to relate and understand their varied needs and goals.

Alan attended college at UC Santa Cruz, where he earned a BA in literature. After taking time to travel the world, he spent two years in New York working in the publishing industry before finding his way back to the Bay Area. He earned an MFA in creative writing and has since settled down in San Francisco where he’s begun his career in real estate. Outside of work Alan is an avid runner, reader and writer, as well as a baseball and soccer fan.
