Jennifer Gilson, a real estate agent with Vanguard Properties in San Francisco prides herself in going above and beyond for her clients. Jennifer’s extensive knowledge base includes experience in both the commercial and residential sales arenas.
Her passion for real estate was cultivated while growing up in Hillsborough, California where Jennifer’s family started Gilson Development. Gilson Development is known for taking pride in all the family builds and they have been building quality custom homes in the Peninsula for over twenty years. Working with her family on the development of luxury homes is just one indication of how she can and will provide her clients with the knowledge to effectively guide them through the real estate process whether buying or selling a home.
She is an expert in both the San Francisco and Peninsula markets. Prior to working in residential real estate, Jennifer worked in commercial sales and TIC development in San Francisco.
She is known for her strong work ethic and Jennifer’s service standards are always a top priority.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from University of San Francisco. She honors that degree in her everyday practice by keeping active and up to date in regional, national and international politics. When she has free time from her real estate endeavors, she enjoys hiking with her dog, practicing yoga, exercising and reading.
