Charles Chan is a licensed architect in California and a LEED* AP professional. He has over 10 years of architectural experience in San Francisco. He has designed condos, commercial projects, and custom homes as well as working with the city to get them built. Charles can leverage his vast architectural experience into real estate sales.
As an architect, his client’s interests are always his first priority. Understanding the client’s desires and needs is the driving force behind his design concept. He is very good at negotiation from past experiences with the planning / building departments and special interest neighborhood groups. His strong coordination skills with consultants and contractors have allowed him to complete every project successfully. Over time, he has developed a long lasting relationship with building officials in the Bay Area.
Personally, Charles is very patient and sensible to fully understand his client’s needs. His high level of management, coordination, and problem solving skills will facilitate real estate transactions smoothly.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Charles came to America in 1990 and settled in San Francisco with his mother and two younger sisters.
