Paula began her real estate career in Miami Florida in 1987 relocating to San Francisco in 1990 where she worked for the next 10 years becoming a Top Producing Realtor at both Hartford Properties and at Pacific Union Real Estate.
For 7 years Paula was very involved with the San Francisco Chapter of Woman's Council of Realtors holding the positions of Treasurer, Vice President and President from 1990 - 1996. Together with the San Francisco Association of Realtors they held numerous fundraisers, donating thousands of dollars to local charities and offering a multitude of educational classes to the real estate community.
Paula moved to Sonoma County in 1997 and began selling real estate in Sonoma and San Francisco counties later devoting all of her attention in Sonoma County.
In 2003 Paula became the Managing Broker for Prudential Ca. Realty growing the Sonoma County, Sebastopol location to include three offices and 65 agents and growing the volume by 110%. Since 2003 Paula has served as a director for CAR for the North Bay Association of Realtors.
Nunemacher states "Paula's leadership includes a strong educational path and she believes ongoing knowledge is the key to professionalism and will now offer Vanguard agents ongoing education to hone their realtor skills." Nunemacher continues by stating that the firm has plans for expansion in the Bay Area and Ms. Gold-Nocella will be playing a key role.
