Morgan Kwong

Morgan Kwong was originally born and raised in Hong Kong. After graduating from University of California, Berkeley with a degree of Environmental Design and a minor in Business Administration, he worked as an Architect in Los Angeles and San Francisco. He decided to settle in San Francisco because of its different mix of cultures and urban setting.

Morgan is a licensed architect in California, specializing in advanced laboratories and pharmaceutical facilities both in America and overseas. Besides his science and technology background, he has designed a variety of lifestyle centers in the Los Angeles area. He understands how architecture and real estate development must be interdependent to create meaningful spaces and sustainable communities. His goal in real estate profession is to utilize his architectural knowledge to educate buyers and sellers while influencing the way people live.

Morgan speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin in addition to English. When he is not at work, he likes to visit different countries in Asia and Europe where he can stay with his friends and family members.
