Julia brings to Vanguard over 10 years of real estate experience in new residential construction, development, marketing and commercial leasing and sales. Julia has a distinguished record of attaining top-tier sales, while nurturing long-term client relationships.
After obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2001 in Vancouver, Canada, Julia joined Cushman Wakefield's brokerage division, conducting market and feasibility studies, performing financial analyses and devising development strategies for multi-family sites, large shopping centers and other commercial projects.
In 2004, Julia switched her focus to residential project sales and started working with one of the largest master planned community developers in North America and the largest builder in Canada, Concord Pacific. As Sales Manager, she oversaw sales department for their 5 billion dollar project in downtown Vancouver, with over 10,000 residential units comprising approximately 9 million sq. ft. of residential and 2.5 million sq. ft. of retail and commercial space.
Julia has been involved in every aspect of the real estate industry – from designing, implementing and executing sales strategies to conducting market research, establishing unit prices, analyzing ongoing inventory and most importantly ensuring great customer service. She has personally achieved over 150 million dollars in sales in over 300 transactions since the start of her career.
Julia was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and also lived in Tel-Aviv, Israel, Vancouver, Canada and now resides in the Marina District of San Francisco. She is a member of Urban Land Institute, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and San Francisco Association of Realtors. Julia possesses considerable international experience and is fluent in Russian and Hebrew. Besides her passion for real estate, Julia enjoys interior design, being active in financial markets, tennis and Bikram yoga.
