Shane Maddox
Shane Maddox brings an extensive background of real estate marketing, business development, and client relationship management to Vanguard Properties. Originally from Kentucky, Shane attended Western Kentucky University where he earned a BA in corporate communications. After college he relocated to Ft. Worth, Texas and then Nashville, Tennessee before moving to California. In 2000, Shane moved to The Bay Area.
Prior to joining Vanguard Properties, he spent over 15 years as an Internet entrepreneur, where he was instrumental in developing brands from startup to Fortune 500 levels.
Though Shane has been a resident of San Francisco for over a decade, he continues to draw from his Southern upbringing where he fostered a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
