Adam's background as an attorney and his extensive real estate experience allow him to faithfully advance his clients' interests in the purchase and sale of real estate. Adam's legal background ensures that his clients benefit from strong negotiation skills, and contractual expertise. His real estate experience encompasses residential sales and renovations, real estate development and multi-family investment acquisitions. Adam is adept at transactions which involve TICs, condos, single family homes, and multi-unit properties. He has also condo-converted a two-unit building, overseeing major renovations to the building. Later, while working for a real estate developer on several large, residential development projects, Adam bolstered critical project management skills including acquisitions, finance and law. Finally, he leverages additional real estate investment experience from his work involving multi-family apartment acquisitions.

Originally from the east coast, Adam moved to San Francisco with his family in 1979. Fluent in Spanish, he graduated from Oberlin College with a double degree in Spanish Literature and Latin American Studies, and spent a year abroad in Costa Rica. Adam attended the University of San Francisco, School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2000. Adam is a homeowner in San Francisco's Noe Valley neighborhood and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters, traveling, speaking Spanish, running and playing soccer in his free time.
