Real estate is about people—great properties, great opportunities, and great people. Sometimes a real estate transaction is a business investment, or it may be a personal investment; its benefit could be as a tax shelter or gift. The purchase and sale of real estate can take many forms, and people are always involved. People choose to work with me because I value the connection between real estate and personal relationships.
Ever since 1976, when I moved to San Francisco, I have been previewing the city’s open houses studying their architecture and style, following new developments, neighborhood idiosyncrasies, weather patterns, changes and growth, absorbed by and interested in the details of real property. San Francisco’s neighborhoods provide an exciting opportunity for Buyers and Sellers to express their unique lifestyles. Growing up in this city, I have experienced its growth and development. In this vibrant and solid community, I have bought and sold my personal residences in the Marina and Alamo Square. People choose to work with me because I am knowledgeable, approachable, and know San Francisco.
I strive to create meaningful experiences in all aspects of real estate transactions by developing strategies for enhancing the way human beings relate to the world around them. My bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design is from the University of San Francisco and Academy of Art. I received my master of fine arts degree in design from California College of the Arts, with an emphasis on the human factors of design research.
