Robert Carter began his Real Estate career at a very early age. Robert's father is a Real Estate broker in Virginia and he learned the business first hand. After receiving his bachelors from the University of Kentucky in Lexington Robert obtained his Kentucky real estate license in 1996. He specialized in homes near the University and worked with first time home buyers. Working with first time home buyers introduced Robert to F.H.A. financing. He has successfully closed over thirty five plus F.H.A. financed transactions. Robert has successfully closed over 200 Real Estate transactions.
