About Me

Born in San Francisco the City and the Bay Area are integral parts of me. My love and knowledge of San Francisco and the surrounding area makes me extremely capable to assist my clients including; sellers, buyers, tenants, and investors, sell and find homes, rental opportunities and investment properties. I wake every day expressing gratitude to be living in such a vibrant, accepting, and beautiful city.

I am married and live with my spouse and Shania, our beloved cocka-poo, in the Twin Peaks area of the city. My step-mother and my brother live in the Sacramento area. My sister lives in Long Beach.

I enjoy sailing, reading, exploring the City and, of course, architecture.

Shania is an SPCA certified Animal Assist Therapy dog and we have enjoyed traveling throughout the city bringing a little extra joy to the lives of the elderly.

• Utilize my architectural background as a licensed Architect in helping my clients evaluate prospective properties, including, if appropriate, discussing possible design alterations to make a property more desirable.


• Utilize my LEED AP certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) to assist my clients who are interested in ‘Green’ environments find homes that are energy efficient reduce our dependence on fossil fuels while saving money.


• As a native San Franciscan, use my knowledge of San Francisco to help my clients evaluate both neighborhoods they know about and to show them alternatives that may also match their needs and desires in a home or investment property.

I look forward to helping my clients buy, sell, or lease a home or investment property that not only meets but surpasses expectations.
