Monica Maresca

Monica Maresca is a licensed California Realtor and a member of the San Francisco Board of Realtors. Born and raised in Italy in the region of Le Marche - a manufacturing base for high-end fashion accessories, shoes and furniture - Monica is passionate about Design and Architecture. She moved to San Francisco in the early 90's to attend the University of San Francisco where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's in International Economics and Finance. Monica started investing in real estate in 1996 when she purchased her first property in the heart of Hayes Valley. She has been buying, renovating and selling real estate in San Francisco ever since while also developing multi-unit properties in Italy. Her deep knowledge of the San Francisco real estate market from both a buyer's and seller's perspective makes her uniquely qualified to ensure her clients are well-represented. She lives in Noe Valley with her family, speaks Italian and Spanish fluently and is very involved in various community organizations.
