Jen Fritz
Jen Fritz is a progressive agent whose dynamic abilities to see the big picture and execute completion have made her a leading and highly respected agent in San Francisco. Since her recruitment in 2008 from Prudential Real Estate in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Jen has successfully managed and sold out two large San Francisco developments, The Mosaica and CubixSF. In her six years in SF, she has notably sold over 200 transactions with her partner Jim Hurley, and in 2011 Jen and Jim sold more residential units than any other agents in the entire San Francisco market. She continues to push the limits within herself, using her innate creativity to find solutions, pursue opportunities, and understand the unique needs and dreams of her clients.
Jen began her real estate career as a rookie agent in the exclusive ski town market of Steamboat Springs. It was here that Jen made her mark very early on with Prudential Steamboat Realty, gaining awards in the Leading Edge Society and Presidents Circle, in her first two years. The ski-town market was clearly not big enough for Jen’s excelling growth and magnetic personality. Her extraordinary aptitude in real estate is matched by her genuine and uniquely wholesome charisma. What’s revealing about Jen’s positive interpersonal skills and strong character is that she comes from Mid-Western roots and a mountain village upbringing. These country girl traits have shaped Jen’s very special ability to connect and communicate with her clients and co-workers. She truly cultivates that Mid-West hospitality in all the services she offers.
Jen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emerson College in Boston, with a BA in Public Relations. In Boston she spent 3 years as a radio show producer and personality with 88.9 WERS, the largest college radio station in the country. She interviewed artists and kept aloft major underground trends. Jen is apt in knowing the trends before they hit, from music and emerging artists, to real estate, and even in fashion. When she’s not selling real estate, Jen is running her fashion design company, Warrior Within Designs, which she owns and operates with her husband. She is committed to creating jobs locally, and proudly produces and operates her clothing business entirely in beautiful San Francisco.
