For sellers, she handles everything from disclosure paperwork and pre-sale cosmetic remodeling to creating and executing custom marketing programs. Amanda works as a partner with her clients and can find the best contractors and service providers at discounted prices. For buyers, Amanda and her team have been known to show property at all hours of the day and night on weekends, evenings and holidays. Amanda’s clients know that she will work diligently to find the right match, negotiate the best price and assist in securing the proper inspections. Amanda specializes in relocating executives and is a preferred realtor for companies such as Genentech, Goldman Sachs and other leading San Francisco employers.
Before becoming a realtor, Amanda spent ten years in corporate marketing and business development roles for companies such as CBS, Westinghouse, International Data Group (IDG), and San Francisco Magazine. In those positions she leaned to creatively problem solve, build partnerships and alliances and develop a level of professionalism and accountability that her demanding clientele expects.
Amanda Jones is a graduate of Colgate University. She is active volunteer in San Francisco and serves on several boards and committees. Amanda and her husband reside in lower Pacific Heights and own rental property in San Francisco.
