In a challenging and complicated real estate market like San Francisco, Eugene's legal background, experiences and skills have proven to be a great asset for his clients. Eugene's ability to quickly assess his client's needs, a keen sense of market value, strong negotiation skills, and thinking quickly on his feet have greatly benefited his clients in successfully selling and buying their properties. Recognized as a top agent, Eugene was a member of the President’s Club in 2004 and 2005. His real estate transactions range from complex tenancy-in-common partnerships, residential income buildings, to high-end luxury condominiums and single family homes. With all of his clients, Eugene's approach is always the same: communicate consistently with his client, always be honest and ethical, and work as diligently as possible in his client's best interests. All this translates into making the transaction as smooth as possible and most importantly, obtain the best price possible.
As the saying goes "two heads are better than one." In 2004, Eugene partnered with Jack Su forming a productive relationship broadening their range of skills and attention while maintaining the highest standards of service for their clients. Both Eugene and Jack’s clients have benefited from this partnership with constant access to their team of agents and their years of expertise.
Eugene was born and raised in the New York city area and moved to the Bay Area in 1991 where he attended UC Berkeley and earned a degree in Rhetoric. From there worked as a paralegal and worked his way through Golden Gate School of Law. After earning his law degree, he decided to pursue a different road than the traditional law firm path and consulted Fortune 500 wireless companies such as Sprint, ATT Wireless and Nextel. He advised his clients on which sites to acquire in building their wireless infrastructures and negotiated the lease and purchase terms with the commercial property owners. While he enjoyed working in a corporate setting, he his mind and heart gravitated towards working in the residential property market. When an opportunity arose to work in the residential market, he took his work experiences, legal background and great enthusiasm and hit the ground running.
Eugene lives with his best friend and lovely wife, Cindy, and a rambunctious chocolate lab, Chance. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, working on his home and spending time with family and friends. His favorite charity is Habitat for Humanity, as he believes there is no feeling like owning your own home in which to raise your family. That is a feeling he wishes all could enjoy.
