A native of San Francisco, Michael Podesta truly represents the heart and passion of the City. Born and raised in the Portola District, Michael attended Sacred Heart High School, San Francisco City College and UC Berkeley extension. Michael joined the Vanguard Family in 2004, with the growth of Vanguard Properties and their expansion into their third office located in the Mission district. Michael’s career at Vanguard began as the manager of the Escrow Department in 2004 and as a licensed agent. The Escrow Department taught Michael to become extremely comprehensive to the nuances and details needed to understand and communicate the contract process to both new and experienced buyers and sellers. Michael is detail oriented with incredible attention to communication and follow-through, making every effort to listen to his clients needs to ensure their goals.
