About Me
As an agent, I've represented buyers and sellers of every kind of residential property: single family homes, multi-unit buildings, condos, new construction condos, lofts, and TICs. As a San Francisco homeowner, I've bought, renovated, pulled permits, and negotiated with the Planning Department to get an addition put on my property. As a developer, I've acquired and sold five homes in San Francisco, run the job on a day-to-day basis, and gotten approval from the Department of Real Estate to resell it as TICs.

I have a great pool of resources from lenders to title company officers to contractors to photographers to amazing stagers (one in particular - ask me about her). I'm a San Francisco native and have lived here for all of my life.
