Jack Su
Real estate professional Jack Su has as deep an understanding of people as he does of numbers. Born in Taiwan and raised in the Bay Area, Jack possesses diverse professional and life experience. He attended elementary school in Tokyo, attended UC Berkeley where he majored in Mathematics. He has worked in property management, project management and customer service in high tech, owned a restaurant. He has experience in construction and home renovation projects both from the perspective of a home owner and an investor. Jack has sold over $50 million of real estate ranging from tenancy-in-common, mixed use commercial properties, high-end luxury homes. Jack is a member of Small Property Owners of San Francisco, Tri-County Apartment Association, National Association of Realtors. Jack is a homeowner in Eureka Valley and a former resident of the Japantown neighborhood and Twin Peaks. He is also a landlord in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
As the saying goes "two heads are better than one." In 2004, Jack partnered with Eugene Pak forming a productive relationship broadening their range of skills and attention while maintaining the highest standards of service for their clients. Both Jack and Eugene’s clients have benefited from this partnership with constant access to their team of agents and their years of expertise.
Jack is also interested in languages, and is not only is fluent in Mandarin and English, but knows some Japanese and French. He knows the city well and enjoys exploring new places and experiencing new things. In his spare time, Jack also loves traveling and ballroom dancing.
