Helen has been living in San Francisco for the past 15 years and has an intimate understanding of San Francisco’s wonderful neighborhoods from having lived and worked in most of them. An open mind, a love of homes and a genuine interest in working with different people led her to the world of real-estate sales and she has been with Vanguard Properties throughout. She was a top producer in 2007 & 2008. Helen specializes in single family homes and new construction. In the past few years she has worked closely with real-estate developers on both the buying and selling side and adds value not only in the sales phase but also during the design phase. She knows what features are most valued by buyers and will help you pick materials, fixtures, appliances & give you design recommendations to make your home as marketable as possible.

Helen was trained as an architect and has worked in accounting, marketing, as a property manager and a project manager. She prides herself in honesty, really understanding her clients' needs and, more than anything, in hard work. Going the extra mile is not a cliche for her; it’s how she has built her business.
