I’ve been living in San Francisco for the past 13 years and have an intimate understanding of San Francisco’s wonderful neighborhoods from having lived and worked in most of them. An open mind, a love of homes and a genuine interest in working with different people led me to the world of real-estate sales and I’ve been with Vanguard Properties throughout. I specialize in single family homes and new construction. In the past few years I have worked closely with real-estate developers on both the buy and sell side and add value not only in the sales phase but also during the design phase. I was trained as an architect and have worked in accounting, marketing, as a property manager and a project manager. I pride myself in honesty, really understanding my clients' needs and, more than anything, in hard work. Going the extra mile is not a cliché for me – it’s how I have built my business.
