My Real Estate career actually began while I shopped for a Bernal Heights 'fixer-upper'in 1985. I was really excited about exploring San Francisco neighborhoods and architecture. My creative side was easily inspired by each home I saw. It was second nature for me to visualize the potential and assess the possibilities. Real estate was a definite next step for me to take.

I am still excited and inspired not only by the properties but by my clients. I know and believe that the buying and selling process should be a stimulating and rewarding experience for all parties.

I've been an artist most of my life. Coupled with a history of design and construction experience I am able to guide my clients toward making educated decisions for their next move. My background includes 12 years of drafting and design management, several years of hands-on remodeling of homes throughout the City and 2 years operating a tile-installation business in New York.

When working with sellers I tap into all my resources to develop exceptional marketing materials and organize a comprehensive marketing plan. I utilize my networking and negotiating skills to bring the maximum attention to the property and attain the highest possible price.
