Ironworks Lofts is SoMa's newest and most unique live-work building. Ironworks is located at 1221 Harrison Street, between 8th & 9th Streets, in San Francisco's SoMa District. This location is convenient to freeway access, shopping (Whole Foods is just 4 blocks away and Trader Joe's is around the corner!) and San Francisco's most popular nighttime gathering spots.

What makes Ironworks Lofts unique? For one thing, the building's infrastructure consists of a steel frame, with steel and concrete decking. While most loft buildings are constructed with a wood frame, Ironworks has the strength, durability and resilience of steel. For another thing, these lofts have cutting edge design and beautiful interior finishes that are far superior to the typical loft product.

Ironworks Lofts' 28 units offer the following features:

Varied Layouts. Unit sizes range from about 1,162 to 1,676 square feet. Several floorplans include a flexible alcove suitable for an office, den, dining area or other use.

Oversized Mezzanines. Every unit at Ironworks Lofts includes an upstairs walk-in closet and washer-dryer hookup. These mezzanines are truly spacious!

Views and Decks. Many units offer beautiful downtown San Francisco views and comfortable decks.

Ample Parking and Storage. One-half of the units offer two-car parking. In addition, several private storage areas are available. Most units have two walk-in closets.

Sleek Kitchens and Baths. Every kitchen has an all-GE appliance package and custom cabinetry. Every unit has two full baths with beautiful tile and color design.

Special Design Features.These lofts have 5” wide-plank hardwood floors, decorative gas fireplaces, custom railing systems and individual color schemes selected by a leading interior architect.

Technology. All of our lofts offer CAT-5 wiring and connection to the Comcast cable. The building is secured with a Warman Security entry.

Spacious Lobby. The entry to the building has a polished concrete floor leading to the elevator. Upstairs, the wide common hallway features a back-lit, floor-to-ceiling glass brick wall.
