Carlos built his real estate career as a licensed realtor around existing home sales and new construction sales in San Francisco and second homes in Sonoma County. A seasoned agent who started in 2005, he is a veteran with extensive sales experience in traditional real estate sales, new construction, development and resales. A native of Lima, Peru, Carlos was raised in Paraguay before moving to the United States and earning his degree at HBU in Business Administration and Biology in Houston, Texas. Carlos moved to San Francisco in 2002 and has resided in the Lower Haight neighborhood since 2003.

In 2011, Carlos and his husband found their perfect getaway home in West Sonoma County, where they spend their down time with their Australian Labradoodle and friends from San Francisco, the surrounding area and abroad.
