Marni Phippen

Marni Phippen has been a proud resident of the Bay Area for over 20 years and is able to utilize her in-depth “insider” knowledge to benefit her clients. For Sellers, her personal knowledge of the desirability of each captivating community allows her to best position and market properties to maximize interest which results in the highest sales prices.

Prior to her career in real estate, Marni worked on Wall Street for 16 years in Institutional Sales and Trading. Her client base included domestic institutions and hedge funds. Her negotiation tactics as well as her ability to protect her clients, and listen carefully to their needs, are skills she has seamlessly integrated into her real estate practice. She strives for the utmost in professionalism, honed in her finance background and fully realized in real estate, with the goal of always valuing her clients’ needs above all else.

In her free time, Marni enjoys staying active and spending time with her family. She currently resides in Ross with her husband and 2 children.
