Francis Serrano

Francis has been in the real estate industry for sixteen years, with extensive experience in high-rise, luxury condominium projects, and mixed-use properties, including stock cooperatives and apartment buildings in San Francisco. She is a dedicated, passionate, and market-savvy professional who puts her clients' satisfaction before all else. Her attention to detail, superior people skills, broad knowledge of the real estate industry, and pure determination to indulge her clients with first-class service sets her apart.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Francis is also bilingual in English and Spanish and is a proud member of the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates. She is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the real estate industry and serves on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of the San Francisco Association Realtors.

Outside of work, Francis enjoys spending time with her family and staying active by running along the Embarcadero or riding her road bike in the city and in the Sonoma wine country.
