Link Allen is proud to represent a fifth generation of real estate professionals from a family steeped in a legacy of assisting clients with home ownership. His grandfather, Harvey H. Cox, represented luxury real estate and was credited with starting the Los Angeles Board of Realtors in the early 1900’s. Link’s mother, Nan Allen, a name familiar to many homeowners in Southern Marin, has provided priceless guidance to those wanting to entrust one of their most important assets to her. She has been nationally ranked as a top real estate agent for decades. Link understands the responsibility he undertakes, both personally and professionally, every time he assists a buyer or seller and is honored to continue his family’s tradition of bestowing the best service possible. Link is a lifelong Marin County resident making him uniquely qualified to help his clients navigate every transaction in this incredible community from start to finish. He has lived the Marin experience so can speak knowledgably to buyers about each area’s special characteristics to assist them in finding their dream home. For sellers, Link positions their properties to maximize their Marin appeal and ultimately their sales price. Link is also very studied in the San Francisco market so can bring these same skills to clients who are interested in buying or selling there.

After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Link went on to earn his real estate and broker’s licenses. He works in partnership with his mother, renown agent Nan Allen, and together they offer a relationship-based approach to each one of their clients because they have a deep understanding of the special commitment and connection needed to obtain their clients’ goals. They sincerely value the loyalty and respect they have earned from clients and colleagues alike as a result of their thoughtful and skilled representation.

Link continues to stay at the cutting edge of technology, exploring ways to use digital based marketing to better serve his clients.
