Rita V Schmid is a licensed California broker and seasoned expert in evaluating and forecasting market trends. Raised in a family heavily invested in rental homes, industrial buildings and a lakeside resort in Northern California, she has an exceptional work ethic, delivering professional service and informed real estate advice to ensure protection of her client's real estate investment.

With a B.S. in Human Resources Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, and over 25 years experience in sales and marketing, she has also been licensed in New York City and has managed client relationships and direct marketing campaigns for large companies.
Rita strives to inspire, motivate and encourage clients to be successful at every step of the sale or purchase process. Her approach when selling a property is to guide clients through the marketing process, help them prepare their property for showings and negotiate offers. Because buying property is such a serious investment, Rita provides her clients with in-depth information on neighborhoods, delivers comprehensive comparative market analysis, negotiates offers, and can help arrange for financing.

Rita is an active member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors. She has been working in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area, and she specializes in single-family homes, lofts, new developments, and condominiums. Rita will ensure she communicates clearly and listens carefully to what her clients say so she can provide intelligent guidance and deliver the results that meet their every need.
