Originally from Durham City in the UK, I’ve been a Real Estate Agent in San Francisco, Marin and Sebastopol for the past 22 years. I have a First-Class Honors degree in Real Estate from Newcastle University in the UK. I’ve resided during this time in San Francisco, Sebastopol and now Marin. I love helping my clients relocate in any direction, as I’m an expert in these places.

My career began at Grubb & Ellis, where I spent 5 years in commercial leasing and investment sales. I moved into residential with Vanguard Properties in 2003. Since joining Vanguard I have represented hundreds of buyers and sellers and brokered over $800 million in transactions. I’m a consistent Top Producer with an excellent reputation.

My formal education and diverse cultural background enable me to understand many kinds of property and personalities.

  3. I understand Single Family Homes, Land, Condominiums and Tenancy-In-Common (TIC’s). As a TIC specialist, I can advise on TIC ownership, condo conversion and TIC development plays for potential investors.


  4. I can help with your sale or purchase of multi-unit apartment buildings, Gross Rent Multiplier (GRM)/Cap Rate analysis and return on investment (ROI).



  5. I work with developers from land acquisition, through the planning/entitlement process and Department of Real Estate (DRE) paperwork.


  6. I can advise on floor plan design and finish choices, alongside the future value of what you’re building; new condominiums or new homes.



  7. My personal passion is home design and interiors. I have recently renovated properties in San Francisco, Marin and Sebastopol and have a strong network of contractors and vendors to recommend. (It should be noted that I’m a Heath Tile fanatic)


  8. I specialize in elevating the presentation of your home or property prior to marketing, with key upgrades that provide the best return on money spent in the sale.


My partner Clint and I live in the eclectic town of Fairfax, with my children Theodore North (age 9) and Autumn Rose (age 4). Marin provides a beautiful setting to raise the kids in nature. We all love live music and mountain biking on Mount Tam.

When I’m not working, we like to spend time at our weekend home in Sebastopol. Being on the beach with family is my happy place. I believe that Sonoma County is an excellent location to invest long term and own a second home/vacation rental.
