Greggory Onzo-Tasher

Real Estate has been a passion of Greggory’s since he was in middle school. A presentation in 7th grade on “Real Estate and How It Works” ignited a passion that has continued for over 30 years. From the beginning of his career in banking in the early 1990s, Greggory was always drawn to the bank products that involved mortgage and home equity. “Since the beginning of my career, nothing was more rewarding than helping put people in homes”. That career trajectory lead to him obtaining his California real estate license in 2006.
His 25+ years in mortgage and real estate have complimented eachother brilliantly in his real estate career in San Francisco and Sonoma County. “Having a deep knowledge of the mortgage side of real estate really helps my buyers and sellers in a competitive market. Whether it’s a better strategized offer or a more creative selling strategy, I think my background gives me a real edge.” Greggory’s extensive knowledge and experience negotiating contracts and financial transactions make him an excellent partner to his clients.

Greggory splits his time between his home in Alamo Square, San Francisco and home in Sonoma County with his husband Brian and their dog, Harley. As a Bay Area native, he knows and has worked in almost every city from Gilroy through Healdsburg. From San Jose through San Ramon. His heart is in San Francisco but you just might find him visiting family in Campbell or showing homes in Berkeley.
