Frank Nolan brings over 20 years of experience in his dual position as a top selling San Francisco agent and President of Vanguard Properties. Frank applies record breaking drive and diligence to his daily practice. His impressive record exceeds over $1.5 B in sales since 2000. Frank’s experience covers every single established neighborhood in San Francisco along with an in-depth understanding of various property types, from tenancy-in-common units to condominiums to new developments. Since 2004, Frank has ranked in the top tier of agents citywide. In 2010, he established the Nolan Group, a team of four real estate professionals that have served over 300 clients. This team ensures that Frank’s clients get the care and attention they need as they make the crucial decision of buying property. At the base of Nolan Group’s success is Frank’s commitment to collaboration and nurturing for his team, and advocacy for his clients.

Humility is at the forefront of Frank’s demeanor. He built his success through hard work and determination. Originally from Chicago, Frank moved to San Francisco as a young student with a degree in East Asian Languages and Civilizations. He spent part of his studies in Japan, thoroughly immersing himself in the country. Frank continues to travel the world to learn about other cultures and as a result, is able to assist international clientele among the diverse buyers in the Bay Area. Frank is a former triathlete who still remains devoted to fitness. He prioritizes giving back to his community and spending time with his partner and dog.
