Paige MacDonell

Having called Sonoma County home for 45 years, Paige has deep roots, a strong pride, and an active involvement in the local community that translates directly to her clients’ experience. Growing up, working, and raising a family amongst the river and redwoods has given her a love and knowledge of the region as well as a passionate and enduring advocacy for its people and natural resources. Whether fundraising for local causes, securing public access to riverfront beaches, or guiding the home-buying process, Paige is inspired and driven to ensure positive outcomes.

Her 30-plus combined years of experience working as an administrator in community banking, local government, and regional real estate offices uniquely qualify Paige as your real estate professional. During her time as Administrator for the Russian River Recreation & Park District, which maintains recreation areas along a 6-mile stretch of the Russian River, she wrote and secured an Open Space Grant identifying and granting riverfront access to the public in perpetuity. She is proud of this work and continues to educate people about the laws and rights of the public along navigable waterways.
